Mango Chutney

I think preserving fruits  is my new hobby :-D. I made a Pina-Colada-Marmalade and gave some to my friends. They loooovee it. I did not expect it to be that delicious because it didn´t gelatinize, so you shouldn´t move the slice of marmaladebread.

Ich glaube  Einmachen ist mein neues Hobby! Mein Freund war ganz begeistert vom Mango-Chutney mit Hühnchenbrust... Ich habe mich auch an einer Pina-Colada-Marmalade versucht und sie an meine Freundin verschenkt, jetzt ist sie der totale Hit :). Bilder folgen noch ich komme eh nicht drum herum sie nochmal zu kochen. Mich wundert allerdings, dass sie so gut angekommen ist, sie ist nämlich total flüssig geblieben, so dass man das Brot auf keinen Fall schief halten darf :-D
